The Village Board of Trustee’s met in Special Session, those in attendance were, President Kim Adair, Trustee Rusty Harper, Trustee Craig Clifton, Trustee Nancy Byers, Trustee Steve Stortzum, Trustee Gina Rinehart, Trustee Angie Frye, Clerk Angela Stanfield, Treasurer Stephanie Bailey, Superintendent Troy Elwood, Tyra Cycholl Attorney at Law, Tracey Willenborg of Taylor Law Office and Darren Rice of Fyie Law Office.

Village Board meal from 5:30-6:00 PM.

President Kim Adair Adair called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

Roll Call taken and the following Village authorities announced present at the beginning of the September 06, 2017 Special Meeting; President Kim Adair, Trustee Craig Clifton, Trustee Rusty Harper, Trustee Nancy Byers, Trustee Steve Stortzum, Trustee Angie Frye and Trustee Gina Rinehart.

Pledge of Allegiance followed.

A motion made by Trustee Byers and seconded by Trustee Frye to approve the agenda for September 06, 2017 Special Meeting.

6 Ayes – 0 Nays – 0 Absent – Motion Carried

Village board discussed vendor contracts. Village board heard presentations from Tyra Chycholl, Tracy Willenborg, and Darren Rice regarding vendor contracts.

Village board discussed liquor license. Village board discussed rules, regulations and policies, for the development of an ordinance for the distribution and sale of alcoholic liquor in the Village of Louisville. A motion made by Trustee Frye and seconded by Trustee Clifton to authorize Attorney Barry Bright to prepare liquor license ordinance for approval at September 14, 2017 Regular Meeting. Trustee Byers and Trustee Rinehart voting no.

A motion to adjourn made by Trustee Stortzum and seconded by Trustee Clifton at 9:10 PM.
